Initiate First Contact
General information on partnerships can be found on the GloStudy platform. Upon viewing it, schools interested in entering into partnership can get in touch by sending a meeting request through the online platform. Alternatively, calls can be made to contact numbers listed online during office hours. GloStudy strives to get in touch within 24 hours upon receiving the contact request.

Join First Meeting
A meeting (either online or offline) will be set up with the potential partner school by GloStudy. In the meeting, both parties will make presentations on their organisations and areas of desired collaboration. Clarifications and further explorations will be made through Q&As. When there is clear intention to formalize the partnership, both parties will proceed to sign a partnership agreement.

Gain Access to Platform
Once the formal partnership agreement has been signed, the partner school will be provided with a corporate account on the GloStudy system. It will be able to display its logo and marketing materials. Information on students interested in applying to the school will be shared. Past student information from school can be used to further enhance and train GloStudy’s Best-Fit Alogrithm.

Engage Students Digitally
A student who has used the Best-Fit Algorithm and obtained a list of programmes ranked in the order of suitability, can choose to apply to any of the schools directly. Should the student decide to do so, they can engage with the school they wish to apply to directly through the GloStudy platform. Information exchanges are both secure and easy.

Complete Online Application
The school partner can opt to use the GloStudy platform as their “digital front” for online applications. Connections and interactions can be facilitated with the backend processes and systems with the partner organization using secure APIs. Mutual support protocols will be established to counter system issues. Checking of the submitted application materials can be performed by GloStudy per agreed processes.
